My Chicken Recipe

It's recipe day..yesterday i cooked a super duper yummy chicken..
chicken tigh

sauce: 2 dessert spoon of the following:
salt
soy sauce
dark soy sauce
sesame oil
sugar
LP sauce
sherry
water

leave it to marinate for about 20 minutes, can put it in the fridge

Then wrap each tigh with aluminium foil, pour a bit sauce over it.

Bake in oven for 25 minutes. (depends on the size of the thigh)

If you want crispy chicken skin, but tender, juicy on the inside, take the chicken out after 15minutes, pour our the sauce, then grill with covering it with aluminium foil as before. Don't grill too long.. watch the skin from time to time..

Walla... there you go.. crispy skin and yummy juicy on the inside..

I am going home for the left overs, which taste even better.. haha
