Manager A: If your client, who has been in the job for 30 years, is not following the protocol , how do you deal with it?

Miss P: I will remind him again of my stand, lay out the options and consequences before him, without intimidating him, and let him decide.

Manager A : That sounds good. Many times, we made comments and we command our clients to do what we said. Unfortunately, this will irritate them more. The key is to build a good working relationship, and with this relationship , you can then influence them.

We all need to be connected and one cannot live life to the fullest without relationships, be it with family, friends, colleagues, or partners, or with God. Connected is the word. When we are connected with the Creator, we are fulfilled. Are you connected?Make sure you are connected to the right one...
