BENEFITS OF MALNOURISH (VIT M)
Haha.. i am very happy.. i discover the benefits of low levels of vitamin M.
#1: I can concentrate and focus on my work
#2: which means less distraction
#3: less entertainment .. coz no marnee
#4: can stay in my room more now, no need to force myself .. i am willing and happily enjoying staying in my room
#5: i can read other books which i have not had time to read due to socializing
#6: I learn to watch my spending , very important lesson before i start working
